Dear Members,

In the last two weeks we have been the subject of key and critical emailing problems with the latest version of our Revsport Membership Management System. During this time we have been tirelessly seeking to have this issue addressed through both Australian Sailing and Revsport support channels. Currently we do not have any ability to email specific members or membership classes, but hope to have something (at least a work around) up and running in the coming week.

This issue affacts all Clubs of all sports that use Revsport Management System and that choose the option to Archive the membership at season roll-over. We identified this issue to Revsport and have requested that it be excalated to the system developers as a matter of urgency.

Revsport support did manage to post out the "invitation to renew your membership" email on Friday 11th July, after extensive communications with them. 

We will keep you informed of the outcome and continue to work with Australian Sailing and Revsport Support to find work arounds and for them to resolve this critical membership communication issue.
