Women in Sailing

CELEBRATING WOMEN AND GIRLS IN SAILING

Williamstown Sailing Club recognises all the amazing female contributors to our sport, and to encourage women of all ages to enjoy sailing through organised activities at local sailing clubs, including the WSC.

Whether you’re a novice, returning to the sport or are an active sailor there are a variety of activities both on and off the water for you to get involved in.

We strive to have gender equality on the water and of the water. Having female sailors in club leadership roles will encourage further female membership and participation as well as enhancing the female friendliness of the club.

“It is a great experience meeting new people,
a new social atmosphere and overall, new skills and lots of fun”

If you would like to know more about WSC has to offer, please drop in on a Saturday morning and speak one of our friendly sailors or contact: vice.commodore@williamstownsailingclub.org.au.
