Governing Documents and Updates
Saturday Series Racing is governed by the terms and conditions in the associated Notice of Race (NoR) and Sailing Instructions (SI). The following documents are available on the “Racing Documentation” page and through the Sailor app:

These documents may be updated during the season. Sailors will be notified of changes through the Sailor app, the website and/or email. The Sailing Calendar can be downloaded using the link below and is also available on the Event Calendar page and through the Sailor app.
Race Schedule and Entry
- Competitor briefing: 12:50 pm. Attendance is highly recommended for all skippers and/or crew because last-minute course changes and special safety matters will be covered.
- First division start: 2:00 pm (14:00) on the water.
- Two-race days: Competitors may enter either or both races.
- Finish cut-offs: Time limits may apply, as detailed in the Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions.
Club Championship Requirements
The Club conducts mixed-fleet Club Championship races throughout the season; refer to the Sailing Calendar for scheduled dates. The all-fleet winner of the series—the Club Champion—will be determined using Australian Sailing (AS) yardstick data.
Before signing on in Club Ops, every skipper must ensure that a current Safety Declaration and Insurance Certificate have been uploaded for the boat they will sail in the series, even if they do not own the boat.
Saturday Social Sailing
Club training days are scheduled for 21, 22 and 28 November, with a focus on safety, rescue procedures and racing rules.
Social sailing is scheduled on selected Saturdays around long weekends and at the end of the season. On these days, the pre-sail briefing will begin at 12:30 pm, with launching immediately afterwards.
