Sailing was abandoned during the afternoon due to strong winds on the bay, but we still had a good core representation of membership cohort turn out last Saturday to hear of the progress of the facilities upgrade work. The active and engaged feedback was appreciated with the Brief was accepted as published. All the wonderful feedback and bright ideas will form an addendum to the Brief.

Next steps are to finalise this list and send the Brief out to at least three targeted architectural practices for pricing on design concept plans and ask for budget estimates for each stage. 

Once the quotes are received, we shall review and make our recommendations to the Committee of Management to progress this project. 

The aim is to have concept plans finalised so we can start to apply for grants and funding.
