This course is currently run through Smooth Sailing School and enrolments are OPEN via the Smooth Sailing School website.

This course builds on your existing knowledge, developing stronger techniques and skills to take your sailing further – all with ongoing guidance and support. You will learn: correct tiller extension, advance tacking and gybing techniques, precise sail trim, balance of the boat for speed, tactical sailing and start techniques and how to read the wind on the water. 

Course Fees

$430 Adult (Age 13+)

Prerequisite:

Basic water confidence helps, but everyone wears an AS-approved lifejacket at all times.

• Australian Sailing qualified instructors
• Certificate upon graduation
• All course materials, boats and life jackets are provided
