NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of members of the Williamstown Sailing Club will be held at the Club’s premises on SUNDAY 27th July 2025 at 2:00 PM.

To Voting members of Williamstown Sailing Club:
Agenda:
1. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and of any general meetings held since that meeting;

2. To receive from the Committee reports upon transactions of the Club during the preceding Financial Year;

3. To elect Committee Members, and

4. To receive an consider the Financial Statement submitted by the Club (in accordance with Section 94 of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012
